Conversions

Conversions

Here you can find information on all conversions. You can filter it on all/approved/pending/disapproved conversions and select the Period. With the Export button, you can export the data to an excel file. For every conversion, the following data will be presented:

  • Traffic Source. The Traffic Source that generated the conversion.
  • Conversion timestamp. Date and time of the conversion.
  • Payout. Your payout for that conversion
  • Postback/Pixel. a link to your post back integration.
  • Click IP. IP address of the click.
  • Country. Country of the conversion.
  • Status. Whether the conversion is approved, pending or not approved.
  • Disapprove reasons. In case a conversion gets disapproved, it will should the reason here.

Afterwards if you select ‘Timing’ you can see the additional columns.

  • Click timestamp. Date and time of the click.
  • Time difference. Difference between the Date and time of the click and conversion.

Afterwards if you select ‘Tracking’ you can see the additional columns.

  • LeadID. the ID of the lead
  • OrderID. the ID of the order
  • Subid. the subid of the conversion
  • ClickID. the ID of the click

Afterwards if you select ‘User details’ you can see the additional columns.

  • Browser language. the browser language of the user
  • OS. the OS of the user
  • OS version. the OS version of the user
  • Device. the device type of the user
  • Brand. the brand of the device of the user
  • Model. the model of the device of the user
  • ISP. the ISP connection of the user
  • Carrier. the Carrier connection of the user

Afterwards if you select ‘Quality’ you can see the additional columns.

  • KPI date. the date the the KPI target was achieved (optional)

Here you can find information on all conversions. You can filter it on all conversions, approved conversions, pending conversions and not approved conversions, and select starting and end date. With the Export button, you can export the data to an excel file. For every conversion, the following data will be presented:

  • Campaign reference.  Code that identifies the campaign in Addiliate.
  • Placement reference. Code that identifies the placement in Addiliate.
  • Date. The date and time the conversion took place.
  • Order ID. Code that identifies the order (if an order took place) in Addiliate.
  • Newsletter record ID. Code that identifies the lead in Addiliate.
  • Amount. Value of the conversion.
  • Country. Country of the conversion.
  • Status. Whether the conversion is approved/pending/not approved.

When you click on ‘show details’ you get some additional parameters

  • Disapprove reason. the reason for disapproval.
